For people who are having trouble seeing well or losing their vision, kale increases protection of the eye and vision. Omega 3 rich fish help lucubrate the joints and decrease pain in arthritic patients. A lot of people might not guess that dark chocolate is a super food because it is packed with antioxidants. Make sure you’re getting a well balance diet grains, dairy, meats and bean, wholegrain, fruits, vegetables, and oils. Combined with super foods exercise needs to be worked in you schedule.
