Get Ready…Set…Run

The winter sports are starting to come to an end. PC’s upcoming track and field season is about to start. The coaches are Mr. Larson, Mr. Hendricks, Mr.Gunkel, and Mrs. Boymel. The mandatory practices start on
Q: “What are your goals for the team this year?”
A: “To have many people improve from when the season started to when the season ends. Also, letter as many people as possible, get in excellent physical shape, gain a sense of achievement and accomplishment, set person records at the end of the season, show that hard work creates success, win the Frontier league relays and league championships, and win the regional championship. ”
Q: “What do you expect out of the team and individuals?”
A: “Have people there who want to improve and to be very competitive to beat other teams and be competitive as a team as well as individually.”
Q: “What should people be doing to get ready for the season?”
A: “Start running, weight lifting, eating healthy, and be active in anything.”
Q: “How did you do last year?”
A: “The boy’s were second in state and regional and league champs. The girls were fifth in state and also regional and league champs.”
Q: “Any advice you want to give to people?”
A: “Be open to many different events.”
